At Level Access, we believe that full and equitable access to technology is not merely a civil right—it is a human right. To help realize our commitment in this area, Level Access publishes this accessibility statement which is reviewed regularly by our Diversity & Inclusion Council and key members of the executive team.
Our commitment to accessibility is embedded in our relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, with the goal of purchasing, developing, and using accessible technology so we can interact with the public, our customers, and our employees in the most accessible way possible.
Before we can help others make their digital assets accessible, we need to walk the walk ourselves and, as part of this commitment, our online properties have been designed to meet the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Levels A & AA. This includes our websites, web applications, and other forms of digital content and electronic communications.
Our Online Corporate Platforms
The Level Access public website is tested and monitored regularly using our proprietary testing technologies, including our Elevin accessibility platform.
Our team is continuously improving the Level Access website to ensure equal access for all people; however, there may be occasions when some users still have trouble accessing the site. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can also be reached at +1.800.889.9659. For those who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who do not use voice channels to communicate, please contact us via email (email@example.com) or via 711 (in the United States) or through other relay services.
Our Product Platform Accessibility
The Level Access AMP (Accessibility Management Platform) and Elevin platforms provide support for leading assistive technologies and incorporate enhancements to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities. Both were designed to support the WCAG 2 Level A & AA accessibility standards as well as the ICT Accessibility Section 508 Standards. A variety of accessibility features are available that ensure all users have access to and can effectively use AMP. For more information, please see the AMP Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), Continuum Explorer ACR, and the Access Assistant ACR in the VPAT™ (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) format. An ACR for Elevin will be coming shortly.
Webinars and Live Events
Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) is a speech-to-text interpreting service for people who are deaf or hard of hearing and others that benefit from interpreting.
