Craig’s organization – including the Accessibility Consulting, Program and Policy, Training, and Customer Success teams – ensures a seamless experience through professional services engagements and implementation of our best-in-class SaaS platform. Craig has two decades of experience delivering rapid growth and exceptional customer experiences at technology companies ranging from early stage to Fortune 500. Prior to joining Level Access, Craig led functions including Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Marketing at Discovery Communications and a variety of SaaS-focused companies.
