BUILDING YOUR PROGRAM

At Level Access, we are builders. We have built accessibility programs for mom & pop businesses, Fortune 500 powerhouses, and everything in between. Our clients are in every industry: financial, government, education, retail, software, hardware, entertainment and more.

With Access Blueprint, we will:

  • Define the overall strategy for your accessibility program
  • Build out a risk and prioritization model for your remediation project
  • Set in place key policies that will drive your organization’s approach to accessibility
  • Detail the implementation plan for rolling out the policy and standards

In the end, you will have a clear understanding of the overall approach to digital accessibility, the prioritization model we recommend for remediation, and the policies and procedures needed to make it all run smoothly and efficiently.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

This strategy will be your high level, multi-year roadmap for developing, rolling out, and scaling up a digital accessibility program. It will take into account the specific needs of your business, trends in your industry, and key legal and regulatory factors (including changes to laws or standards that will affect you in the near future).

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

The goal of your Accessibility Policy is to define your organization’s overall approach to accessibility. It will cover the whys, whens, whos, and hows from A to Z. These policies are hard to create from scratch, but we have done so many of them over the last 20 years, we’ve got it down to a science.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN

And of course, you need a plan on how to execute those policies. Our PMP defines the timeline, milestones, activities, and staff required to implement your custom digital accessibility plan. This can include ongoing help from Level Access in the form of our Accessibility Help Desk or it can inform hiring decisions if you would like to hire in-house developers to focus on accessibility testing and remediation.

HOW CAN ACCESS BLUEPRINT HELP YOU?

Let's talk about your organization, your goals, and your team. Then we can get to the drawing board and work on YOUR blueprint.
