On Monday, June 7th, 2021 at 9pm EDT, we will be migrating Access Advisor to a new platform. No AMP outage is expected, but Access Advisor ticket processing may be down for up to 1 hour.
Highlights of this release include:
Access Advisor is will be migrated to a new platform with an improved look and feel. Existing service processes and workflows will remain the same. Customers may still request services via the Access Advisor portal or email and access frequently asked accessibility questions on our portal.
Access Advisor Unlimited customers can additionally view our live events calendars and register for Live Training sessions and Ask the Experts sessions in the portal.
