On Monday, May 4, 2020 at 9pm EST, we will be releasing software upgrades to AMP, Access Assistant, Continuum Explorer, and Access University. You can expect an outage of up to 4 hours at that time.
Access University Executive Reports
The reporting functionality in Access University has been updated to include a number of new executive reports that provide customers with a well-rounded view of product usage and user outcomes. Organization administrators can now view course completion data aggregated by course, by user, or by cohort, as well as more detailed reports on user and course outcomes.
Read more about the new reports in the Level Access Product Support portal.
Permission Updates to Access Assistant and Continuum Explorer for Chrome
The Continuum Explorer and Access Assistant browser extensions for Google Chrome have been updated to optionally use permissions that provide the extension with access to domains in iframes and/or other tabs within the browser window. These permissions are used to allow users to keep Access Assistant open and browse between open tabs in the browser to test the contents of each tab. They are also used to enable testing of content within iframes that may be hosted in a different domain than that of the site being tested.
When using these extensions in Chrome, users may be prompted with an alert that the permissions will be used. Users must allow usage of the permissions in order to test the iframes or pages in a different tab.
