To better understand how organizations addressed this issue, we conducted a survey of more than 1,100 professionals in various roles across industries. In 2020, organizations prioritized accessible B2B technology

More than 55% of the organizations we surveyed have prioritized buying a product or solution because of its accessibility. Only 25% did not ask vendors for any form of proof of accessibility before purchasing new technology. This suggests that, as digital tools play a more integral in workplace productivity, accessibility is critical to success for B2B software companies.
