PDF discovery and upload With PDF discovery and upload, you can use our automated scanning capabilities in our platform to automatically discover PDFs across your websites. You can then select the documents you want to test, or upload new PDFs for testing.
PDF testing & reporting Our platform enables you to perform an automated scan at any time to get an instant snapshot of the accessibility health of your PDFs. Tests are run against the Matterhorn Protocol.

Interactive Accessibility Icon Our Interactive Accessibility Icon is synonymous with the highest standards of accessibility, and directs visitors to your accessibility statement and our assistive technology.

User flows & Design Evaluations A user flow typically consists of 10 screens, pages or modules a user would navigate to complete an intended action. Our accessibility testers, which include individuals with disabilities, check for accessibility barriers within those flows.

User flows: Our team will test the most critical areas of our customers’ digital experiences, ensuring users are able to navigate them without accessibility barriers. This also includes validation testing once barriers have been addressed.

Design Evaluations: Our team will identify any accessibility issues rooted in design, eliminating barriers before development begins. Note that this does not include validation testing.

Live consultations Schedule a live consultation with an industry lead or thought leader to help with any accessibility question. This may include technical questions pertaining to your test results, or a strategic question to prioritize highest risk areas.
Unlimited email consultations Email access to unlimited support and consultations from our support teams.
Legal Monitoring Our team closely monitors current case law and digital accessibility legal activity, and will notify you of any legal action related to your website or impactful trends in your industry.
Demand letter reviews and validation If you’ve received an ADA demand letter or Lawsuit, our team will review its claims, assessing wither those claims are valid. We will conduct manual tests performed by testers with disabilities, and this testing will produce a validation report. These reports will inform what plaintiff claims are valid, and which could be claimed as moot in the timeframe of the complaint or litigation. As part of the process, we will work with your legal team to produce documentation to support their efforts and help identify a strategy for the response.
Program Governance-Documentation Our team will equip you with accessibility statements and templates to support your commitment to accessibility. This service includes access to Conformance Letters, Progress Letters for lawyers and third party firms, and VPAT statements. We will also include policies that guide you to better accessibility maturity such as Procurement Policies, internal Accessibility Statements, AODA filings in Ontario, and Accessibility Plans.
