Jackie Dutot leads Program and Strategic Services at Level Access, where she partners with organizations across industries to build and mature sustainable digital accessibility programs. With over 20 years of experience in disability inclusion and more than 15 years in accessibility program leadership, she specializes in program governance, process integration, policy development, training, and fostering inclusive cultures. Jackie also leads the Level Access Digital Accessibility Maturity Model (DAMM) Assessments and holds an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. She has been an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) since 2016.

Jon Avila is Level Access’s Chief Accessibility Officer, and with more than 20 years of experience he has supported numerous organizations in the development of digital accessibility initiatives. He is a member of the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), where he helps develop Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
