Frequently asked questions

What is a Gartner Magic Quadrant?

A Magic Quadrant provides a graphical competitive positioning of four types of technology providers, in markets where growth is high and provider differentiation is distinct: Leaders, Visionaries, Niche Players and Challengers. Vendors in a Gartner Magic Quadrant are placed on two axes namely: Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.

The Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors on two broad measures, execution and vision. Critical Capabilities is a companion report that scores vendors against specific, real-world use cases, five of them for this category: Shift-Left Development, Enterprise Monitoring, Expert Conformance Evaluation, Mobile and Non-Web Coverage, and Program Enablement and Procurement.

Gartner assessed Level Access, along with every other vendor in the category, against its Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision for the Magic Quadrant.
