From Activity to Evidence: Proving Accessibility Compliance and ROI

Reporting on accessibility shouldn’t be guesswork. But when data is stuck in disconnected spreadsheets, it can be tough to know whether your program is actually making an impact, and to defend that impact to executives and legal teams.

If that rings true for your organization, you’re dealing with the evidence gap: the distance between the work your team is putting into accessibility, and the documented proof that it’s contributing to the outcomes that matter—whether that’s reduced compliance risk, better user experiences, or bottom-line revenue.

Join us August 26 for a roundtable conversation about how to close the evidence gap. You’ll learn how to report on progress in ways that hold up to legal and regulatory scrutiny, build client trust, and show executives that accessibility is a strategic investment.

What you'll learn

In this session for accessibility, compliance, and product leaders, you’ll get practical guidance on how to demonstrate that your organization’s investment in accessibility is paying off. Our experts will cover:

  • The accessibility evidence gap: Why so many teams struggle to demonstrate accessibility impact, and what’s at stake when activity is there, but proof is missing.
  • What proven accessibility means in practice: The metrics and documentation that show regulators, customers, and business leaders that your program is working—and how to produce them.
  • Connecting accessibility to business outcomes: How to tie accessibility metrics to the higher-level business goals that matter to your stakeholders, from legal compliance to customer trust and operational efficiency.
  • Streamlining reporting with Level Access: A live demo exploring how teams use the Level Access Reporting Agent to generate executive-ready progress summaries in minutes.
