Samantha (Sam) is a Senior Product Manager at Level Access, where she is responsible for creating market-leading products, experiences, and strategies.
With proven expertise in all phases of the product life cycle, Sam places inclusive innovation and accessible design practices at the heart of everything she does. She works collaboratively with customers, senior leaders, and design and development teams to develop products and services that foster a sense of belonging and deliver meaningful business and social impact.
During her career, she has filed over a dozen patents in the realm of accessibility and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Level Access, Sam spent nearly a decade at TD Bank where she worked in innovation roles with a focus on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and extended reality, in addition to accessibility. Sam is also a participant in the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group - Mobile Task Force.
