Dana Randall is Executive Creative Director at Level Access, where she works at the intersection of brand strategy, creative leadership, and thought leadership to shape how the company’s mission is expressed in the market. She brings more than two decades of experience in product design, creative direction, and digital transformation, with a focus on inclusive design and human-centered innovation. Dana is also a Certified Disability Rights & Accessibility Consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR). A leading voice on inclusive design, disability representation, and disability-led innovation, Dana brings both deep industry expertise and lived experience to audiences worldwide. She has spoken at SXSW, CES, and Advertising Week, and hosts the What Comes Next, the AW360 podcast exploring how disability inclusion and accessibility can unlock better ideas, experiences, and innovation.

Jon Avila

Chief Accessibility Officer, Level Access

Jon Avila is Level Access’s Chief Accessibility Officer, and with more than 20 years of experience he has supported numerous organizations in the development of digital accessibility initiatives. He is a member of the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), where he helps develop Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards. At Level Access, he turns these standards into prioritized guidance for customers as he works with them to incorporate accessibility into their processes to support documentation proving conformance.

Karen Hawkins

Principal of Accessible Design, Level Access

Karen Hawkins is a human factors engineer and a certified accessibility professional with more than 15 years of experience. She is a co-chair of the W3C’s Accessibility Roles and Responsibilities Mapping (ARRM) Community Group, as well as project team member with the Standards Accessibility Reporting (SAR) Committee. As both a user experience designer and director, she honed her skills leading multi-disciplinary teams in creating digital solutions for leading global companies. Today, she leads the accessible design practice at Level Access, teaching customers and colleagues alike to apply accessible design thinking to all their work.
