Shelby Mitchell works with teams to infuse accessibility throughout the design, development, and testing of the company’s digital experiences. Her journey began 4 years ago with a passion project which resulted in the formation of Discover’s Universal Design Advisory Board, a group of employees with disabilities and family/friends of individuals with disabilities, who leverage their lived experiences to provide recommendations on improving customer and employee experiences and communications.
