It’s that time of year again – the Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) Annual Multicultural Excellence Awards are upon us! This year marks the 20th installation of the event celebrating the year’s best multicultural advertising campaigns featured in the U.S and Canada.
The awards raise awareness of and amplify exposure for the outstanding work being done in the areas of African American, Asian, Hispanic, LGBTQ+, and People with Disabilities advertising.
eSSENTIAL Accessibility is proud to be a long-standing sponsor of the “People with Disabilities” category and are delighted to reprise our role at this year’s event.
About the ‘People with Disabilities’ Award
The category was introduced seven years ago with the intent to educate CMOs on the immense value gained from becoming an inclusive, disability-friendly brand.
Today, it celebrates brands who are using their platform to create content that directly targets or resonates with people with disabilities. Although marketing content may not target this group specifically, it is important that the creative incorporates this consumer segment as a key pillar of the campaign.
