Software release includes new dashboards and analytics to provide organizations with deeper insight into the accessibility of their digital properties
ANAHEIM, CA – March 14, 2019 – Level Access, the global leader in digital accessibility, announced today at the CSUN Assistive Technology conference, version 4.0 of the company’s Access Analytics solution. Access Analytics 4.0 monitors websites by testing every page to provide a near real-time measure of some of the most common and noticeable accessibility issues that are experienced by actual users.
New dashboards and tighter integration with Level Access’s flagship Accessibility Management Platform (AMP) offers clear views into patterns and trends so users can easily view their current state of compliance, identify root causes, and take action through the recommended next steps outlined.
Websites and systems are continuously changing and growing, which impacts the degree of accessibility compliance. Compounding the challenge are the many roles across the business creating new content and updates of their own. Whether it’s a landing page, a new sidebar navigation design, or a regular blog post, each update can introduce new accessibility risk. As organizations globally strive to increase their content output, Access Analytics 4.0 ensures accessibility features are tracked and measured.
With the new version of Access Analytics, users can obtain a consolidated view of their organizational properties, so they can detect new issues as they emerge and track any changes in accessibility across different pages, sites, and domains. “Monitoring the compliance health of different assets and properties across the organization is a key part of establishing the proper governance needed for user accessibility,” says Zahra Safavian, vice president of product, Level Access. “It’s too easy for issues to slip in at different points and potentially obstruct the experience of actual users. These are easy to miss items if a website is between scheduled audits.”
“Access Analytics 4.0 is all about making insights more actionable, and this fits with how innovative organizations operate today – they want data-driven initiatives so they can drive more efficiency, which ultimately leads to higher ROI,” said Jim Baker, senior vice president of engineering, Level Access. “We’re providing them the means to do this with accessibility.”
Access Analytics 4.0 will be generally available on March 25, 2019.
