Accessibility is now discussed for every new feature the Gloat team builds, conferring with Level Access experts and the widely recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to make the product as engaging and easy to use as possible.
“We’ve made it a companywide goal to sustain an “accessible point of view (POV)”, making accessibility a core value, and weaving it into every step of our innovation process,” adds Noelle Bloomfield, Gloat’s Director of Product Marketing. Accessibility is now incorporated into monthly engineering and product check-ins, training and education, new staff and customer onboarding, and routine product testing.
