For those that may not be aware there recently was an outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS), our hosting partner. The issue started at approximately 10 am EST on 11/25 and ended on 1:00 am EST on 11/26. If you are an AMP customers hosted with us (not self hosted) you could have seen the impact at any time during that period. You could have had trouble logging in, performance could have been slow and at times you may have gotten errors just trying to access AMP.  During this time period there was data that was not ingested into our systems due to the issues at Amazon so you may see gaps in your analytics data on 11/25 (because of the way we gather violations, this same data was probably captured on days prior to the issue or will be captured in the days following it).
